IN THE SUBURBS, WITH ALL THE BENEFITS.

We were able to secure one of the rare properties on Kerngasse situated perfectly between Liesingbach and the old aqueduct of the Viennese drinking water line, between vineyards and the Vienna Woods. Despite its location on the outskirts, the tram line 60 and nearby train station of Liesing provide very good public transport connections, and the Riverside shopping centre is within walking distance. The Duda, Testor. Architektur ZT GmbH won over the jury of the architectural competition with their design.

Well protected by sophisticated design.

Two buildings that protect each other are the core of Lebenskern Rodaun and create a private atmosphere. The additional privacy screen at the free standing elements is inspired by arbours and gazebos; it provides support for vines and casts a kind of magical, playfully dancing lights and shadows. The matching frame constructions of the penthouse apartments emphasise the high standard of the project’s design.
