Stammersplatzl
1210 WIEN | Stammersdorfer Straße

Living in Lissen.

Stammersdorf is one of the few places in the city that was able to retain its village character and charm. The old vineyard name “In den breiten Lissen“ is not a relic of bygone days. The many wine taverns in this area are proof of a continuing, vibrant wine culture – far off the beaten touristic path. There, at one of the most relaxing places of this jewel in Vienna’s north – the Marchfeldkanal – a low-energy building in hybrid wood construction with 45 apartments is currently under construction.

FROM THE GREEN BELT TO THE CITYS CENTRE IN NO TIME.

Surrounded by single-family houses, market gardens and, in some places, pristine nature it´s still only a short stroll to the tram lines 30 and 31. If you are in a hurry to get to the centre, just take the regional bus line 125, which will take you straight to the subway line U1 and the rapid transit line at Leopoldau in 15 minutes, and straight to Stephansplatz.
