Our interdisciplinary team develops residential and commercial construction projects and prepares concepts for urban development. It all starts with the acquisition of projects and properties, continues with the execution of reclassification proceeding and ultimately arrives at traditional project planning and implementation – as total contractors, general planners, or project developers.
PROPERTIES WITH POTENTIAL
To realise our future-oriented projects, we are looking for properties with extraordinary potential all over Austria, though we are currently focusing on Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland as our primary target areas. Our project development team assesses the respective properties with in-depth property analyses, feasibility studies, and the development of building studies, and handles the necessary coordination with owners, municipalities, and government authorities. We also guarantee that all acquisitions will be handled reliably and quickly.
PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT FOR RECLASSIFICATIONS
Owners of properties that are classified as green land have the opportunity to apply for the property’s reclassification as building land. This reclassification can increase the property’s value and sustainably improve its development opportunities. As a service provider in this sector, we have experience with small projects as well as reclassifications of up to 13.7 hectares. From project ideas to the preparation of building studies and the respective coordination with project partners and close collaboration with municipalities, public authorities and spatial planners – all tasks are handled by our development team.

Based on our market, location, and competitor analyses, the development of the respective USP, as well as the definition of target groups, and residential ranges is just as important as the development of exploitation strategies and the handling of evaluation procedures with architects. The latter can be an important instrument to guarantee the technical quality of properties and meet contemporary architectural requirements at the highest level.
