FIRST PROJECTS ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF VIENNA
Innovative concepts in Lower Austria and Burgenland are being planned
The Viennese retail market provided only very few opportunities for affordable projects in recent years due to local price developments. This is why VI-Engineers is expanding its radius of action for project developments to the outskirts of Vienna.
Furthermore, VI-Engineers will expand its project development scope, which will from now on include traditional residential projects as well single and multi-family homes, because the demand for turnkey houses in close vicinity to nature and cities is increasing. Therefore, clients will be able to fulfill their dream of their own homes and avoid the trouble of building it themselves – and thus save time, money, and nerves.
There are some quite nice properties emerging in Burgenland and Lower Austria, like “La Vie En Rose” in Eisenstadt, which distinguishes itself with its fantastic location and a unique view of the inner city and Schlosspark. Or the quiet low-energy house on Hubensteingasse in Wiener Neustadt with apartments that include gardens, balconies or terraces. Single- and multi-family homes will be built in the Schlosspark of Velm, close to a near-natural swimming pond and a forest, from 2020 onwards.
A project in Grafenwörth that is particularly impressive in terms of urban development is currently in the planning stage. This is where VI-Engineers builds wonderful single-family homes, a hotel and restaurant, as well as healthcare and therapy facilities, a campus, etc. around a newly created swimming pond.
