The green house was awarded with the “klimaaktiv Gold” certificate

The first award for the excellent Living Garden project in Seestadt came in soon after the ground-breaking ceremony. Not only the visual design with its upwards spiralling vegetation and the green façade are impressive – the building’s planning scored impressive 900 of 1,000 achievable points on klimaaktiv’s scale for building standards.

This green building was planned by Martin Mostböck and pumar Architekten sets new standards in energy and supply efficiency. Austria’s most successful building assessment system recognized these standards and evaluated them accordingly. We and our participating partners are very happy that Living Garden was awarded with the “klimaaktiv Gold” certificate and therefore verifiably shows how CO2-neutral buildings are also possible solutions for larger residential complexes.
